SpiceFlow AI, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") operates Prismatic FM and Prismatic Music. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about the minimal data we collect. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our services and apps.

Information We Collect

Email Addresses

If you choose to provide your email address, we use it solely to keep you informed about product features and updates. Your email address is never shared with third parties or sold.

Analytics Data

We collect basic, anonymous analytics to understand how our service is used and to improve the product. This analytics data is not associated with your personal identity.

What We Don't Collect

We do not track your listening habits in a personally identifiable way. We do not build profiles of individual users. We do not use cookies for tracking purposes on our website.

Prismatic Music

Prismatic Music is our offline music player. It is designed so your library content stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it through system controls.

On-Device Library & Local Storage

Imported songs, artwork, playlists, bookmarks, playback queue information, and music metadata are stored locally on your device in an on-device SQLite database. We do not upload your music library, audio files, playlists, or artwork to our servers.

Apple Music & Media-Library Access

With your permission, Prismatic Music scans your Apple Music library so you can choose songs to import for offline playback. This access is used on-device to build your local library, and your Apple Music library contents are not uploaded to us.

File & Folder Access

When you import audio through the Files app, Open In, drag and drop, or folder selection, Prismatic Music reads those files to add them to your local library. We do not send file paths, filenames, or audio contents to analytics providers.

Analytics & Crash Reporting

Prismatic Music may collect anonymous product-usage analytics and crash/performance diagnostics tied to an anonymous install or app user identifier. We use this information to understand app health, import success, playback reliability, and feature engagement. It is not sold and is not used to build advertising profiles.

Advertising

Free-tier Prismatic Music users on iOS may see Google AdMob native ads in browse or search surfaces. These ads are requested as non-personalized ads. We do not request App Tracking Transparency permission, do not use the advertising identifier for cross-app tracking, and do not place ads in playback controls, Now Playing, imports, or full-screen visualizer moments. Prismatic Music for macOS is ad-free at launch.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. We store subscription and entitlement status so Prismatic Music can unlock premium features and restore purchases. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

Data Rights & Deletion

Uninstalling Prismatic Music removes the on-device library database and locally stored app data from that device. You can request deletion of server-side subscription, analytics, or diagnostics records associated with your app install by contacting us through the Prismatic FM contact page.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our service
• To send you product updates (only if you provided your email)
• To improve our service through anonymous analytics
• To detect and prevent technical issues
• To manage Prismatic Music subscriptions and restore purchases

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share information only as necessary to provide our services, such as with cloud infrastructure, subscription management, diagnostics, analytics, and advertising providers, or as required by law.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Since we collect minimal data, you can stop using the service to cease future collection. For Prismatic Music, uninstalling the app removes the on-device library database and locally stored app data from that device.

Children's Privacy

Our service does not have an age restriction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner that would require parental consent under applicable laws.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" above.
